    Eine Rundtour mit sehr schönen Ausblicken. An einigen Stellen ist Schwindelfreiheit notwendig. Bei rutschigem Boden z.B. nach Regen, ist auch eine Absturzgefahr an einigen Wegen gegeben.

    Schöne Tour, überwiegend im Wald und oft auf schönen Naturwegen. Die Kapelle (nicht abgeschlossen) ist schön und dann besonders der Weg entlang des Albtraufs mit ausgesetzten, begehbaren Aussichtsfelsen und Knabenkraut-Orchideen. Der Rest ist dann nicht mehr so spektakulär: Blumenwiesen und bequeme Waldwege. Vom Dürrental sieht man nicht viel, nur ab und zu ist ein Blick zwischen Bäumen hinab möglich. Erst am Ende kommt nochmal eine schöne Wiese bzw. Wacholderheide mit Orchideen.

    Schöne Tour, i.a. ausgeschildert, durch Wald, Wiesen und an Obstbäumen vorbei. Am Anfang und Ende ein Stück Asphalt. Die Kreuzkapelle ist schön und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Am Kreuzweg blühen ein paar Orchideen. Der Parkplatz ist nur ein kleiner öder Kiesstreifen ohne Schatten unter / zwischen 2 Autobahnbrücken.

    Schöne Tour, Parkplatzsuche gestaltete sich etwas schwierig. Am Anfang viel Asphalt. Überwiegend breite Schotterwege. Beim derzeitigen Regenwetter, gut zu gehen. Der GPX-Track führt nach dem man den Flugplatz tangiert hat, hinunter zu relativ stark befahrenen Landstraße L1217 und ca. 600 m an dieser entlang. Deshalb empfehlenswert nur der blauen Segelflugzeug-Markierung folgen. Am Schluß geht es einen schmalen steilen Weg zurück nach Auendorf. Wem zu beschwerlich, dem Fahrweg folgen.

    Wir sind die Tour entgegen der Beschreibung gegangen. Eine schöne, aussichtsreiche und lohnenswerte Tour. Aufgrund der teilweise matschigen Pfade wird gutes Schuhwerk empfohlen. Allerdings stimmen die Entfernungsangaben zur Einkehr in der Gaststätte "Burgruine" Berneck absolut nicht. Wir sind von der bezeichneten Route abgewichen und haben 1,2 km bis zur schönen Gartenwirtschaft zurückgelegt und nicht wie beschrieben 200 m. Auch wenn man die Tour entsprechend der Beschreibung geht, sind es ca. 1,3 km! Wenn man allerdings eine Einkehr dort plant, sollte man die Tour wie wir entgegen der Beschreibung gehen, da man sonst schon nach 4 km an der Gaststätte ankommt und dann noch rd. 8 km vor sich hat. Das Lokal ist übrigens von Di - So ab 11 Uhr durchgehend geöffnet. Das trifft man selten!

    Diese Tour kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Heute in der ersten Woche des Jahres war ganz wenig los, die Wege sind abwechslungs- und aussichtsreich, es gibt Ruinen und eine Kapelle. Wir haben die Tour in Ditzenbach (Parkplätze in der Helfensteinstrasse an der Fils) begonnen, um den großen Anstieg ganz am Anfang der Tour und möglichst wenig Anfahrt von der BAB-Anschlussstelle zu haben. Auf halber Aufstiegshöhe lohnt sich ein Abstecher nach rechts zur Ruine der Hiltenburg mit sagenhafter Aussicht (Rastplätze/Feuerstelle). In der Outdooractive-Karte steht dort lediglich "Schlossberg" und es gibt keinen Hinweis auf die Aussicht. Kurz vor Ruine Berneck zeigt die Beschilderung zur Ruine Berneck etwas anderes als die Outdooractive-Karte. Das haben wir nicht mehr aufgelöst, da wir spät dran waren. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass diese Tour ganzjährig zu empfehlen ist, jetzt im Winter wegen der guten Sicht durch den blattlosen Wald, aber auch im Frühjar und Herbst mit entsprechender Laubfärbung. Worauf wartet Ihr noch?

    Wir haben die Tour mit zwei Kindern im November gemacht. Sehr gut ausgeschildert und tolle Wege meist abseits der Straße. Gestartet sind wir am Wanderparkplatz Aimer und sind die Tour rückwärts gelaufen. Dies hatte den Charme, dass man kurz vor dem letzten Aufstieg noch gemütlich in die Hiltenburghütte des Alpvereins einkehren kann.
