Chez Gaby is located in the centre of the village of Beulotte-Saint-Laurent, opposite the church. Sylvie serves a country-style meal at lunchtime (booking is recommended). Terrace in summer. Wood-fired bread on sale (to order). Near the start of the "Les Étangs" hiking trail (signposted fish) to discover the Plateau des 1000 Étangs (11 km or 8 km).
