In the heart of Glurns, inside a historic tower dating back more than 800 years, flurin brings together history, South Tyrolean flavours and contemporary creativity. Chef Patron Thomas Ortler creates cuisine with real personality, combining regional and seasonal ingredients, genuine craftsmanship and surprising flavours to create memorable dishes. Traditional South Tyrolean flavours are given a modern twist while staying true to their roots.

The experience is completed by a truly unique atmosphere, where history is part of the setting, and a carefully selected wine list. At flurin, it’s about more than simply eating well. It’s about sharing special moments and discovering a place that stays with you.
