The bistro pizzeria of the "Locanda Elisa" in Dimaro, represents a refined evolution of the traditional tavern, with a modern gastronomic proposal and as much as possible characterized by the use of local ingredients and the involvement of suppliers from the valleys of Sole, Non and Adige.
All pizzas are prepared by a Master Pizza Maker with the best ingredients and with particular attention to the seasonality of the latter, to offer the customer a product that is always fresh and genuine.
