Our dairy has stood in Bagnolo near San Pietro di Feletto for many years. We share and promote ideas and emotions as we strive to safeguard traditional know-how built up over five generations in the dairy industry while constantly innovating our production processes. We believe that each piece of cheese is packed not only with flavour but also with memories. It calls to mind the smell of fresh milk, the aromas of dry hay and grass that has just been cut, and the warm atmosphere of little sheds. It is our family’s heritage and we endeavour to preserve it in our products, which always have close ties to the local area and are as traditional as they are innovative. We think of our cheeses as “living creatures” as we nurture them during the ageing process, using invaluable techniques to bring out the very best in them. For around 20 years we’ve been championing the exceptional sensory properties of goat milk. We were at the forefront of its revival, which has made us Italy’s leading, biggest producer of organic goat cheese. We also have a vast range of organic and conventional Veneto buffalo and cow cheese. We have now ventured even further into the world of cheese by opening PER: Percorsi Enogastronomici di Ricerca and a new Cheese Bar. With an innovative “shop and serve” approach, we welcome customers to a modern, engaging environment where they can not only buy our cheeses and a huge selection of speciality food and wine products, but also take part in tastings and cultural events.
