Die Ustria Sil Plaz im Dorfkern von Surcuolm ist der ideale Treffpunkt für Familien, Einheimische und Feriengäste.
Die Pizzazutaten werden nach Möglichkeit aus einheimischen Produkten gefertigt.
Serviert wird neben einer grosser Auswahl an Pizza auch frisch zubereitete Speisen für Gross und Klein. Geachtet wird auf saisonale und frische Produkte aus der Region. Zu erwähnen sind insbesondere die hausgemachten Pastas.
