Wunderschönes Gilderestaurant im ehemaligen Hotel Casutt. Das Restaurant ist in eine wunderschöne rustikale Beiz (Ustria Casutt) und ein elegantes Gourmetlokal (Sala Casutt) aufgeteilt. Was Therese und Linus alles aus sich raus holen ist bewundernswert. Sei es die innovative Dekoration von Therese Arpagaus welch immer wieder zum Staunen verleitet oder die mit grosser Leidenschaft und Freude zubereiteten Gerichte, von Linus Arpagaus mit seinem Team. Alles was aus seiner Küche kommt hat er mit seiner Crew hergestellt. Vereint werden Produkte aus fern und nah. Capuns, Pizochels, Bramata (Polenta), schwarzer Risotto aus Italien, Entenleber aus Frankreich, Rentier aus Norwegen, Jungschweine aus Ormalingen usw. Therese Arpagaus und das ganze Service-Team verkörpern genau die richtige, ehrlich-herzliche Gastfreundschaft, die ein Essen in den urchigen Stivas erst vollkommen macht. Neben dem Gourmet-Restaurant gibt es in einem separaten Lokal eine einfache Beiz.
