A powerful, creative aromatic cuisine is celebrated by star chef Norbert Thaller in his restaurant. Open to the world yet connected to his roots, he approaches the ingredients, which partly come from his own estate – such as the fish and the vegetables. The meat comes from home slaughterings, and as much as possible, organic ingredients are used.
