The jewel in the ‘Witi’ crown in Selzach: the Fischerstube in Altreu. Andrea Fischer and her husband Daniel run this luxuriously renovated inn with great enthusiasm and expertise. Andrea is passionate about and skilled in the art of service. She loves her job and her guests, and it’s clear how much she enjoys spoiling them. Her enthusiasm is infectious. And it’s no wonder, given the exquisite menus conjured up by husband Daniel in the kitchen, based on seasonal, regional products. There's something to suit every budget – from the famous crispy fried fish to gourmet burgers and cheese and ham-filled breaded schnitzel.
