Die Familie Bachmann aus Hayingen/Indelhausen im schönen Lautertal hat sich 2002 auf die Herstellung von Milch-Speiseeis und Sorbets spezialisiert. Familie Bachmann identifiziert sich als eingesessener Landwirtschaftsbetrieb mit der Natur der Schwäbischen Alb und dem Lautertal im Besonderen. Die hohe Sorgfalt bei der Eisproduktion wissen Fachleute und Genießer zu schätzen. Dabei ist es Ihnen ein Hauptanliegen, die Vorteile der landschaftlichen Gegebenheiten (UNESCO-Biosphärengebiet Schwäbische Alb, Lautertal) für die ökologische Produktion zu nutzen. Dies bedeutet, auf handwerklichem Weg mit natürlichen Produkten ein Spitzen-Eis anzubieten.

In der Region steht Lautertal-Eis für hochwertiges Eis und kontinuierliche Qualität. Die verwendeten Zutaten sind alle natürlichen Ursprungs und es werden keinerlei künstliche Zusatzstoffe eingesetzt. Daraus resultiert auch, dass Sie Lautertal-Eis in vielen gehobenen Gastronomie-Betrieben auf der Karte finden.
