The menu combines Swabian classics with seasonal dishes. The starters include "Flädlesuppe", "Maultaschensuppe" and large mixed salads with various side dishes.
The main courses include traditional meat dishes such as breaded pork schnitzel, turkey cream schnitzel or roast onion as well as pepper rump steak or pike-perch fillet wrapped in potatoes. The menu is complemented by changing house recommendations, including cordon bleu, rump steak "Café de Paris" or roast lamb noodles.
Heuändres also offers a regularly changing weekly menu with seasonal specialties such as braised beef, venison ragout or pork loin variations.
A place for connoisseurs, hikers and day-trippers who appreciate regional cuisine, family hospitality and traditional Swabian dishes.
