Buchs Inn

Gasthaus Buchs in Ottenbach stands for a sophisticated ambience, warm hosts and down-to-earth, regional cuisine. The landlord - a trained master butcher - now devotes himself entirely to his passion for cooking, while the trained restaurant specialist works as a landlady with great dedication in service and in the kitchen. The focus is on freshness, home-made food and regional products.

The menu offers Swabian classics and hearty specialties. The menu ranges from dumpling soup and large mixed salads to schnitzel variations, cordon bleu or pork fillet to roast onion and fillet of beef. Highlights such as the XXL schnitzel or the XXL cordon bleu are particularly popular.

The offer is complemented by a separate snack menu with sausage salad variations, homemade aspic, warm meat loaf or roasted butcher's maultaschen.

The dining room offers space for up to 120 people and can be divided. For larger events, the foyer and community hall can also be used with up to 350 seats. A sun terrace with around 65 seats invites you to linger in summer.

The inn also offers a comprehensive catering service including crockery hire, refrigerated trolleys, barbecue and warming equipment as well as a suckling pig service - ideal for parties, weddings or corporate events.
