The Wolf winery in Birkweiler looks back on more than 400 years of family tradition in viticulture.
The Wolf winery in Birkweiler looks back on more than 400 years of family tradition in viticulture. Today, the winery is run jointly by Klaus and Mathias Wolf. In this way, father and son combine experience and tradition with young, fresh ideas. Their aim is to produce wines of the highest quality and individual character. The unique sites around Birkweiler offer the best conditions for this.

Unique wines are produced on soils such as shell limestone, Rotliegendes or coloured sandstone. This is also reflected in the numerous prizes that Mathias Wolf has already won with his wines. His signature style has contributed significantly to the family winery's increasing national and international recognition.

The winery is part of the "Forum Pfalz" and the "Junge Pfalz".
