My passion and enthusiasm lie in the vinification of high-quality and individual wines made from classic Burgundy varieties. The conditions around Rhodt are perfect for this: loamy-sandy soils with a high lime content, ideal for cultivating francophile Burgundy types. My Rieslings also thrive wonderfully here.
