At our winery, we place great importance on the authenticity of the wines – the wine from the region around Landau in the Pfalz should be detectable to the wine connoisseur. The terroir around Ilbesheim, with its clay, loess, and limestone soils, combined with 1,800 hours of sunshine a year, lays the foundation for high-quality, characterful wines with a strong regional identity.

To achieve this, Marc relies on gentle methods throughout the entire cultivation and cellar process: targeted pruning and defoliation in winter and summer, along with a very gentle and experienced winemaker's hand.

The result is white and red wines that "taste of Ilbesheim": with their own identity, largely natural, individually crafted, lively and full-bodied.

We are part of the joint sustainability process of the holiday region Deutsche Weinstraße as a “Sustainable Destination - PARTNER” .
