Stefan Bietighoefer, mid-ager, connoisseur, Demeter-winemaker from the South Palatinate hinterland. More precisely: Billigheim-Ingenheim.
The tiger himself - fine irony!

His wine style: infused with courage, good ideas, drinking experience, knowledge, and intuition.

The locations with healthy, vibrant soils in a dreamlike climate, the grapes, the nature around Billigheim-Ingenheim form his starting material.

The wines themselves - independent spirits with a punch. Nevertheless accessible, with plenty of drinkability and the influence of the very best wood.
