Ein Weingut – Eine Leidenschaft Das Weingut „GutvonBeiden“ von Philipp Müller bewirtschaftet insgesamt 28 Hektar Weinberge, die größtenteils in der Umgebung von Kleinfischlingen lie.
The very fertile and deep loess clay soils in this region produce particularly fruity wines.
In recent years, almost 10 hectares have been newly planted with the grape varieties Chardonnay, Scheurebe, Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as Grey and Pinot Noir. All wines are produced vegan and according to the strict guidelines of the Bioland Association.
Since 2018, the winery has been working entirely according to ecological guidelines and has been certified since 2019. The focus is increasingly on fungus-resistant grape varieties such as Sauvignac and Satin Noir. This sustainable orientation underscores the commitment to quality and environmental awareness.
