Peter Kulmer from Gasthof Stixpeter and his team make sure that only fresh products of the highest quality with product safety (how is something produced) are processed. In addition, most herbs, vegetables and fruits come from the home garden.
Tradition meets modernity The menu at Gasthof Stixpeter in Floing includes traditional dishes as well as "modern" dishes. The variety, the mix and the quality of the products make it what it is. So the roast pork from the table stove meets the Styrian spring roll on the tavern table.
