All products served on the table originate from the region. Fresh fish comes directly from the Pinkatal, while the beef is sourced from Schwaighof and Friedberg.
The Hotel and Restaurant Schwarzer Adler is a Kulinarium Steiermark establishment and stands for regional quality and identity.
The whole year is accompanied by culinary weeks featuring local fish, steaks from local farmers, game from the Wechselland region and many other seasonal specialties that round off the menu with verve.
The kitchen team creates both traditional home cooking and à la carte delicacies with dedication. From Tuesday to Sunday, you can enjoy a tasty weekly menu that is put together anew each week.
The rooms, such as the rustic Bürgerstube, the sun terrace, the dining room and the modern ballroom, offer enough space for company and family celebrations as well as for parties and seminars for up to 150 people. The Adler's Pub is the perfect place to end the day in a cozy atmosphere.
