Es werden hauptsächlich Karpfen von der Brut bis zum Speisefisch innerhalb drei Sommer erzeugt. Die Karpfen wachsen ausschließlich mit Naturnahrung und dem von uns verabreichten Getreide aus der Region auf. Der geringe Fettanteil des Karpfenfleisches ist das Resultat aus der naturnahen Aufzucht. Aber auch Schleie, Hecht, Zander und Wels wachsen in den Teichen, die ebenfalls in der Karpfensaison, in der Regel von September bis April, ab Hof im Kleinverkauf oder an Großhändler und Gaststätten verkauft werden.
