For over 40 years, ice cream specialties made in-house in Lollar.
From an early age, the Biscardi brothers had a clear vision: They wanted to redefine the understanding of ice cream – beyond industrial standards, back to true craftsmanship. In 1972, they brought traditional Italian ice to Lollar, laying the foundation for a philosophy still lived today: Ice as an expression of tradition, creativity, and pure passion.
At the center are the naturalness of the ingredients and the unadulterated taste. Each flavor is carefully composed – so that nut really tastes like nut. The production takes place exclusively in-house, completely free of preservatives. This creates handcrafted ice cream that impresses with its quality.
In the main season, guests can expect up to 30 flavors – each made with love. Those who enjoy here taste the extraordinary – and often leave with a smile.
