A very special café that brings you the charm of Marburg up close!
The Pause not only bakes its cakes, baguettes, and rolls itself, but also independently cooks the jams, and designated teas and syrup varieties are produced in-house. Regionality and good organic products are a top priority here.
In addition to the cozy indoor area, the terrace is available in summer for a delicious breakfast, a lunch snack, or a piece of cake in the afternoon with a nice view of Marburg. On selected dates, cheese fondue evenings and vegan dinners are also held.
Our tip: Reserve a table in advance - the café is always very popular among students, locals, and tourists!
