Dort werden jährlich mit viel Leidenschaft und Herzblut Gutsweine wie Rivaner oder Riesling, Ortsweine wie Sobernheimer Sauvignon Blanc, Lagenweine wie trockene Rieslinge und Spätburgunder aus Domberg, Marbach und Felsenberg gekeltert. Aber auch elegante restsüße Spätlesen werden hergestellt.
