Leckere europäische und engadiner Küche im Herzen von Silvaplana

Martin Tullus stammt ursprünglich aus Estland Setomaa im südlichen Teil von Estland und hat, bevor er zum Küchenchef der Stüva Engiadina Küche wurde, bereits viele Jahre bei uns als Sous Chef gearbeitet.

Saisonale und frische Produkte aus den Bündner Anbaugebieten finden in kreativer Art und Weise ihren Platz in der Albana Genuss- und Naturküche. Aber was wäre das Leben ohne eine gesunde Portion "dolce"? Probieren Sie unbedingt eines unserer hausgemachten Desserts oder unsere originale Engadiner Nusstorte.

Die Stüva Engiadina ist jeweils im Mai und November geschlossen. In der Winter- und Sommersaison haben wir täglich von 11.30 bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet und durchgehend warme Küche.
