Here’s a little restaurant that’s been making quite a splash. The chef ingeniously puts a new spin on Alsatian cuisine, with dishes like braised pork cheeks in Pinot Noir or beef tenderloin with oyster mushrooms.

Here is a small winstub (understand tavern in Alsatian) that is much talked about. In the dining room, Sonia welcomes you with a smile and kindness. In the kitchen, Sacha revisits with genius the good old Alsatian cuisine with proposals as tempting as Braised Pork Cheeks with Pinot Noir or the unforgettable Fillet of Beef with Oyster Mushrooms. All this in a smiling and warm atmosphere. The Freiberg has it all!
