After leaving Alsace for more than 15 years, and bringing their first restaurant, the Auberge des Tilleuls, to life in Burgundy, they decided to return to their homeland, and it was here, in Mittelbergheim, in the heart of a village steeped in history and beauty, that Anne-Claire and Nicolas ARNOLD found the ideal place to write a new chapter: Am Lindeplatzel.
The cuisine on offer is traditional and reinterpreted, respectful of products and inspired by the seasons and the Alsatian terroir. Each dish is a bridge between memory and creation, heritage and freedom: sweetbreads with armagnac, fish, poached eggs in meurette sauce. The restaurant's menu changes regularly to reflect seasonal produce.
