For 115 years, 5 generations, from the Muller family to the Poujol family, have succeeded one another in this friendly inn, located on the banks of the Ill river in the fishing village of Illhaeusern.
Christophe, the chef, passionately prepares traditional fish specialties (Matelote, fried carp, trout from the fishpond) as well as game dishes from the plain and his award-winning goose foie gras (to take away). Family celebrations in 3 different rooms and, in summer, a superb flower-filled terrace overlooking the river. We look forward to welcoming you soon...
