We are Michèle and Hubert Heywang, organic craftsmen of Klevener. By combining our terroirs and our meticulous work, by respecting natural rhythms, in the vineyards as well as in the cellar, we do everything possible to create great gastronomic wines, singular and authentic, "slow" wines, which are a reflection of our personality. Mineral, concentrated and saline, they are particularly suitable for aging. In our village, we cultivate an ancient grape variety, the Savagnin Rose, which gives birth to an original wine: the Klevener de Heiligenstein. We produce this wine in different versions, from dry to sweet, including semi-dry and sweet.
