Jól megközelíthetősége miatt a Hármagyshatár-hegy túrák kedvenc kiindulópontja.

1935-ben épült vendéglő, aminek nyitása óta változatlan az elnevezése. Alapítója, Sztretovszky János, a János-hegy kilátóban üzemelt vendéglő pincére, aknek megtetszett neki a környék, hogy a Szépvölgyi úton telket véve önálló vállalkozásba kezdett feleségével. A világháborúban felrobbantották, ezért újjá kellett építeniük, az 1952-es államosítás után pedig alkalmazottakként dolgoztak tovább egészen a halálukig.
