Die Botschaft Safiental in der Churer Altstadt ist sowohl ein kleines Café und Bistro als auch ein Laden für Produkte aus dem Safiental.
Auf der Speisekarte stehen neben dem "Heissen Hündli" (Hot Dog) auch Suppen von Matthias Althof - Gasthaus am Brunnen Valendas. Die Einrichtung des gemütlichen Lokals besteht aus einem Mix aus (alten) Materialien aus dem Safiental und modernen, urbanen Elementen.
Über's Jahr verteilt werden hier auch Veranstaltungen mit Bezug zum Safiental stattfinden.
