Hostinec Depo

The original inn DEPO in Czech Krumlov was opened in April 2014. The exceptional environment offers a picturesque view of the renovated park at the castle along the river Polečnice with orchard and playground. Our daily goal is to provide our dear guests a high standard of service and hospitality Czech beer culture. Therefore, we put in all respects a strong emphasis on quality. The inn Depo own company Mactra, as, in Czech Krumlov also successfully operates hotels Latrán, Leonardo, Krčínův house and restaurant James and Cafe Strudel.

Internal capacity of the inn is 150 seats, a further 100 spaces available on the outdoor terrace.

The inn Depo regularly organizes artistic and entertaining production of various genres and for this purpose it is equipped with a powerful sound system, lighting and stage. The summer terrace with castle walls and park organize other activities designed especially for children and parents always associated with grilling or other culinary delight.

A la carte menu is based purely on traditionally popular foods and Czech South Bohemian cuisine. We chose the path of simplicity, quality materials and the use of modern technology for the treatment, which is our targeted equipped kitchen. Chef James Kulhavy takes great care in collaboration with local suppliers and the selection of their products. Selected dishes are of course particularly well suited to the beer, the ticket so missing eg. Wop, puddings, pork belly from our own smokehouse, roast pork or ribs. For desserts worth mentioning traditional homemade pancake or potato dumplings with poppy seeds. For more company can order a whole roast piglet. There is also served by the culinary specialties of the season.
