In the interplay of give and take we create something unique. Wine from the Weiss Winery. We trust in the knowledge that has already been passed on to us over 6 generations. As brothers we also trust in ourselves. On the further development, which makes our common work possible for us. At the innovative points of view that emerge. And which allow our wines to mature to unique quality.
It is particularly important to us to enable all people to enjoy wine. We offer rays of hope in the incompatibility sky. Weingut Weiss is not only a certified organic winery, but also produces vegan, low sorbitol and fructose wines as well as hysteriefree wines. (hysteriefree is a protected trademark and stands for wines with a residual histamine value of less than 0.1mg/l)
