Bodegas Tradición

Bodegas Tradición was founded in 1998 in Jerez de la Frontera. The winery is thus relatively young at its location, but can call itself the successor to the presumably oldest bodega in the Jerez region, the "Bodega CZ, J.M. Rivero" from the 17th century. As its name suggests, the bodega is committed to tradition. The production of V.O.S. and V.O.R.S. wines, i.e. sherries that mature for over 20 years, is the main focus there. Very old wines from other bodegas could be used as a foundation for the excellent sherries. Highest quality and a focus on traditional production methods are the top priorities. A guided tour with tasting of the noble drops and a visit to the bodega's art gallery is possible in several languages.
