Flammkuchen im Kloster
Welcome to the Kloster Marienthal winery, a gem in the middle of the vines. We have been tenants of the estate bar for ten years and also have our own small winery, whose variety of wines that can be tasted here is second to none. We also offer a unique variety of wines from our partner wineries.
In addition to wines, our estate kitchen will spoil you with unusual dishes to accompany the wine, such as our tarte flambée, which is famous beyond the borders of the valley, or our homemade cakes.
There is often a small dispute between the cellar and the kitchen as to what our guests are actually more enthusiastic about: the quality and variety of one or the other? We don't really care, because the wines on offer as well as our tarte flambée and cakes are all prepared with love and care.
In our lovingly furnished restaurant you will certainly find relaxation after a beautiful hike on the red wine hiking trail, from which a staircase leads directly into the unique ambience of our monastery garden. Depending on the weather, we open the garden for you from early spring to late fall.
Opening times
daily (including Sundays and public holidays) from 10 AM until the evening hours.
