Welcome to the Ignazstube, the charming restaurant inside the South Tyrolean Mining Museum & Climate Tunnel in Prettau – right in the heart of the Ahrntal Valley and next to the small station of the historic mine railway. Here, warm hospitality meets fascinating history.
After an exciting journey into the depths of the mine or a relaxing stay in the climate tunnel, the Ignazstube invites you to take a pleasant break. Whether it’s a fragrant coffee, a refreshing drink, or a tasty light meal like pasta or small plate dishes – everything tastes twice as good here!
- By reservation, we are happy to serve a fine three-course dinner even after 5:00 PM (until 8:00 PM) – perfect for ending the day on a high note.
