Au sein du musée Soulages, le Café Bras vous accueille tout au long de la journée et en soirée le samedi soir.

Dispositions Covid 19 :Affichage, mise à disposition de gel hydro-alcoolique, port du masque pour le personnel, distanciation sociale entre chaque table.Descriptif :Michel Bras a imaginé pour le Café Bras, une carte créative, pour manger un en-cas ou bien prendre son temps dans 2 espaces distincts : côté Comptoir pour y déguster des en-cas et gourmandises qui varient selon les tranches horaires et le Restaurant avec le menu du jour. Il nous livre ici sa vision contemporaine de plats attachés à l'identité de l'Aveyron, mais aussi une cuisine de marché et de l'instant.
