From Gramzow via Passow, Angermünde, Britz, Eberswalde, Finowfurt, and Biesenthal to Bernau.

On this route, we embark on a geological and cultural discovery journey: across gently rolling terrain, we travel through the Eberswalde urstrom valley, a product of the Weichsel Ice Age, which connects the Havel lowlands with the Oderbruch. We are also met by forested hilly land with a long-standing tradition, predominantly shaped by the Cistercians who once lived here.
