Klagenfurt am Wörthersee is quickly accessible for shopping or a stroll through the historic old town with its southern flair, and Europe’s largest inland beach on the famous Wörthersee is not far away! Stroll or cycle through the rural area of our municipality, where the historical excavations at Magdalensberg prove that even the Romans appreciated the mild climate south of the Alps and the beauty of the Carinthian surroundings! Within walking distance lies the medieval castle ruin Zeiselburg with its now reconstructed keep. The high ceilings in our guest rooms can accommodate up to 10 people. They are furnished with antique solid wood furniture, have old tiled stoves and authentic lamps, stuccos, or parquet floors, enchanting with their unique charm. For breakfast in the dining room with its historic vault, we serve you an organic breakfast with homemade products and regional specialties. Around the house, the large garden offers plenty of space to play and relax. Here, fragrant herbs, fruits, and vegetables grow – the basic ingredients for our handmade products. Children are especially welcome: whether jumping into the swimming pool or playing in the garden. Our young guests can look forward to a playground, petting animals, and a play corner. We look forward to your visit!
