The host was nice and spontaneously led us stay there. Text him on Whatsapp via Google maps, or just go there and ask neighbours. He wanted 25€ per Person for one night. We went to a pizzeria and to the bakery next morning and it was fine. People and coffee were great. Lots of people there speak Italian btw. It was kinda hard to find baked goods in the morning - so get up early. You gotta walk through the whole town and then up the mountains. First sweat is guaranteed!

We can't. Really say anything about it.. but that you should try to reach them via Whatsapp beforehand, because we couldn't reach them and then nobody was there. Also be aware that if you stay there, you have to walk more kilometers on the next day. Even though it looked lovely next to a river!

Amazing guesthouse! We reached our host via mail. The guesthouse is lonely and secluded with a view over the mountains! It's a fish restaurant, so there is freshly made dinner with fish, veggies and potatoes. The garden is beautiful. The beds and beddings great and you can hang your clothes to dry on the balcony. It was really lovely. Also the trail starts right behind the house, so you don't have to do detours. Great recommendation.

Great beds, great terrace and amazing food. You can find the hotel right at the end of the trail. There's lovely people there who made amazing traditional food for us. All in all we payed 170€ for three people including dinner, breakfast and lunch. Also it's worth it to stay a day longer, because next to the high Scardus is a thermal air stream which Is supposed to be healing. And did I mention the amazing food!? Thank you again! Ps: we texted them via Whatsapp! Worked easily!

We did not book in advance and hence Abip, the owner, was not around when we arrived in the evening. We were able to reach him by phone and within 10 minutes he arrived at the guesthouse. He showed us around and prepared a declious dinner for us including fresh trout from his own farm. Although communication was a bit difficult, we felt very welcome. The rooms are brand new and clean. We can highly recommend this place.
