Our guest house Helene*** is located five minutes walk from the lake. The guest house is well equipped with kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, television and WIFI. Parking is available directly in front of our house. In the kitchen you will find an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a coffee machine, dishes, a microwave etc. Immediately near the house you will find: a bakery, located opposite of our house. our private beach, which is closed to out house restaurants and bars, which are reacheable in walking distance possibility to go shopping sailing and diving school For our younger guests we offer a large playground and they can also play in the water, because the water access is very shallow. Dear guests, Welcome to our lakeside house at Klopeinersee, located directly by the lake with its own garden and a separate bathing cabin with sauna. The pier leads directly from the garden out to the lake, and a rowboat as well as a stand-up paddleboard are available for your use. Dogs are welcome. Three bedrooms with a large living/sleeping area, 2 toilets, a bathroom, and a kitchen living room, as well as 2 large covered terraces overlooking the lake, offer ample space for 8 people. We kindly ask you not to smoke in the entire house! Below are important notes for your stay in our lakeside house. Please take a few minutes to read through them. The house is completely winter-proof and heated with a heat pump and automatic wood heating. Prices Rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday. Weekly prices are the same regardless of the number of guests. We have moderately adjusted the prices and built a completely new kitchen living room and a winter garden. If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us by the time of your departure, regarding necessary repairs, replacements, etc. Cleaning The house is cleaned weekly every Saturday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.. Kitchen A folder is located by the guestbook, and the appliances are self-explanatory. Cleaning tablets for the dishwasher are stored under the sink, and other items can be found in the cabinet next to it (garbage bags, sponges, etc.). Trash In the kitchen, you will find a trash bin for residual waste, which goes into the black bin. Additionally, plastic, metal, and packaging can be disposed of in the provided yellow garbage bags. Three small containers are located in the hallway under the wooden shelf for plastic and metal, for paper, and for glass for waste separation. Old paper goes into the red bin. Old glass goes into boxes. All bins are located behind the house. Please always put organic waste into the residual waste. Important: Please ensure to put the black bin with residual waste in front of the house on Thursday evening. A stand-up paddleboard is also available. Sauna In the garden, we have a small larch sauna. In the bathing cabin next to the sauna, there is a switch located on the top right inside marked “Sauna heater on.” Once activated, the sauna will automatically run for 4 hours.
