Accommodation in Virgin Coast

A STF hostel centrally located in Gävle, close to all services and communications. The hostel offers single rooms and up to 6-bedded rooms. Access to kitchen and washing machine. Breakfast serving is included.

Accommodation offering rooms and breakfast all year round, located close to Route 83 in Stråtjära. In addition to accommodation, Stråtjära offers various horse activities and a restaurant.

The perfect lodging for pilgrims either on foot or bike! The pilgrim passport from Pilgrimstid can be bought from the owners.  The hostel is situated directly on the trail of Stråsjö, next to the old church of Enånger. This is a medieval church, with wall and roof paintings, depicting several pilgrim motifs. Pilgrim stamp is available inside the church. 

In Heden (30 km north of Gävle), part of beautiful Gästrikland, you will find the hotel Hedenstugan. Hedenstugan is located near the Saint's Trail in Bergby north of Gävle, central, but still in the middle of the forest.

A good place to spend the night, quite simple, but with a wonderful location between the large Dellen lakes: Southern Dellen and Northern Dellen.

The old schoolhouse is situated close to the Saint's Trail, which follows the Gästrike Trail at this stage.The local village association welcomes hikers.

A lovely traditional Hälsingland farm near the trail of Stråsjö! Here you can stay for one or maybe several nights, as there is much to discover in the immediate area. The large red-painted traditional Hälsingland farms, the blue mountains, the great forests and the beautiful lakes in Forsa - it is easy to stay put here!

Brogården is very close to Stråsjöleden on stage 3, Enånger-Njutånger. Here you are close to the sea, with the marina and a bathing spot just around the corner. At Brogården there are rooms of various kinds, and the possibility of access to a kitchen. Meals, food sales and drinks can be requested when booking a room. Brogården is not always staffed, so get in touch in good time!

The farm, a very old traditional farm of Hälsingland, is located near the trail of Stråsjö, approximately in the middle of the first stage of the day. The owners of the farm offer their guests transportation to the starting point at Korsholmen.
