With fantastic views of the Gailtaler and Karnische Alps as well as the Hochstadel on the edge of the Lienz Dolomites, our 300-year-old farmhouse is situated on the sunny southern slope of the Kreuzeck group at an altitude of 1,055 m above sea level - a good 400 metres above the Drautal valley. Our two lovingly furnished holiday apartments are the ideal starting point for nature-oriented hikes or mountain bike tours to the Leppner Alm and its surrounding mountain trails and peaks. For those who like to be a bit more comfortable, you can also drive along a forest road to a parking lot at an altitude of approx. 1,650m and start hiking from there. The Guesthouse Bergheimat at 1.618m (managed all year round) is a comfortable way of getting around, which can be easily reached via the forest road or a hiking trail above our house on foot, by bicycle or car. In the winter, you can also ski touring or take the toboggan directly from our house to the Bergheimat Guesthouse (600 metres above sea level) and enjoy the well-deserved descent. For warming up or just relaxing at home we also like to heat our sauna house in the garden.

Our small but fine nature hotel in the herbal village of Irschen, on the sun terrace of the Upper Drau Valley, offers you relaxation in a quiet, family-like environment. If you want to discover the charm of the Upper Carinthian mountains, you can set out with us on wonderful mountain hikes and summit tours; as a hiking and outdoor specialist, we offer the best conditions for this. The Eder mountain hut is located on the southern slope of the Kreuzeck group, about 7 km from the herbal village of Irschen. Cozy living kitchen, 3 twin rooms, 1 single room, heating, shower and WC, solar lighting.

We are easily accessible and located on the edge of a small village in the upper Drautal. Since 1970, our family has been running the campsite, and as we renew part of it every year, we are able to provide our guests with a modern and well-kept facility today. Looking for life and adventure? Get away from everyday life, stress, and work, pack your backpack, put on your hiking boots, and explore the unique mountain world of the Carinthian Alps, or enjoy cycling along the popular 366 km long Drau Cycle Path, which is located very close to our campsite. Let yourself be enchanted by the quiet location, the healthy air, far from any hustle and bustle, and take your time to relax and gather new strength for everyday life. Southern Carinthia, with its proximity to the Adriatic, usually creates an almost Mediterranean climate with unusually many hours of sunshine  We pamper our guests with delicious dishes from the kitchen, or you can enjoy a lovely evening on the newly designed garden terrace with specialties from the charcoal grill. If you are tired from hiking or cycling, we are happy to bring the meals to your caravan. Wo Natur beginnt ...

The alpine hut is located at about 1600 m on the Leppener Alm in the middle of the Kreuzeck group. It consists of a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower and toilet (hot water and solar lighting, fridge and bed linen available!). The Leppner Alm is located on the south side of the Kreuzeckgruppe and is an ideal starting point for alpine hikes as well as challenging summit tours. For families there are tours through colorful alpine meadows with refreshments at the huts or in the "Bergheimat".

Holidays on the Haus Ackerer in the nature and herb village Irschen with a magnificent view over the Drautal. Our family-friendly farm is quietly surrounded by meadows and forest at 1000 meters above sea level and is ideal for those who want to escape the stress of everyday life and take a few days out in nature.

Our mountain hut is located on the Leppner Alm at about 1600 m, high above the nature and herb village of Irschen in the Drautal.The hut is rustic, cozy, and yet offers the necessary comfort that one needs!Our mountain hut is easily accessible by car and accommodates up to 9 people. Equipment: the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes. Dish towels are available, but please bring your own hand towels. Heating and cooking are done on the wood stove - wood is available in the wood shed. In addition to cooking, there is a gas stove. On the ground floor, there is a shower/toilet, and on the first floor, there is an additional separate toilet. Please bring your own toilet paper. In total, there are 5 rooms with 9 beds. In front of the hut, there is a lawn area with a grill.
