The Domaine des Messires campsite welcomes you to its unspoilt natural setting in the village of Herpelmont, in the heart of the Vosges mountains. The site will delight you with its authenticity, calm and wooded surroundings, but its greatest asset is its large, private 5-hectare lake. The lake?s excellent water quality makes it ideal for a wide range of activities, including swimming, no-kill fishing, canoeing and paddling, all of which are available free of charge. An enchanting setting for nature lovers, not to mention the many birds that grace the site! The campsite has a total of 120 pitches. For those who don't have their own tent or caravan, but still enjoy the lively atmosphere of the campsite, we also rent out 20 mobile homes.

This former cowshed has been restored and converted into accommodation totally independent of the owners? home.
The dwelling is based on a 1950s-1960s farmhouse theme. The various feeding and drinking troughs have been preserved
The kitchen corresponds to the "henhouse", fully equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, etc
The first bedroom, in the stable, includes a 140cm bed, bedside tables and wardrobe (horse stalls). The second bedroom, the hutches, is equipped with either 2 80cm-wide beds or 1 double 160cm bed. Wardrobe (rabbit hutch), small school desk?
The living room (the barn) features a pull-out sofa (for 5th and 6th person, the unfolded bed measuring 1.40m wide), flat-screen TV, WIFI on request.
The bathroom (the pond and its ducks)? with washbasin and shower.Wall-mounted USB socket in each room.
The ground floor of the dwelling includes an equipped kitchen, a living room composed of 4 heaters (70cm wide) and 2 clic-clac, part of the floor in glass tiles, flat screen, WIFI, pellet stove, WC. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe.
Outside: enclosed green area (120m²), terrace with garden furniture and barbecue
In the heart of the Vosges, a gîte for 4 to 6 people, open in summer and winter. The location is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, skiing or simply relaxing. The peace and quiet is there.
