Tradition with a view. The mountain farm Wicherle (1170m) is situated on the southern slope of the Hochrindl with a wonderful view as far as the peaks of the Karawanken (60km). While the parents are happy about the many hiking possibilities, the children are already on the "nature's playground". Living and feeling good. The apartments are furnished with bright wooden furniture. From the microwave to the oven to the dishwasher - everything has been thought of. The Prodinger family has brought the "Bergquelle" into the house for you. "Nature is our capital". Accordingly, a modern wood-chip heating system is used, the water is heated with a solar system and even the electricity comes largely from our own production thanks to our own photovoltaic system. If you wish, we will spoil you with our Carinthian breakfast (9€ for adults, 6€ for children aged 3-10) including home-baked bread, butter, cheese, muesli, honey, fresh milk, ham and salami. Many products come from our own farm or from neighbouring farms. Holiday paradise for children. A real holiday farm naturally includes many animals; cats, pigs, ducks, goats, the child-friendly dog Nero, rabbits, guinea pigs and 2 ponies on which parents can lead their children free of charge. There is also a play barn, children's bicycles and scooters and of course the nature around the house.Then, for example, a fun tractor ride and bonfire are on the programme. A joint barbecue (Eintgelt) and a family hike round off the offer.

The large sun terrace not only invites you in summer, but also in winter (because above the fog line) to unwind and soak up the sun's rays. There are probably few other places in Carinthia where you can escape the stress of everyday life as quickly and easily as up here at around 1400 meters above sea level, far away from the hustle and bustle of the cities. Whether for birthdays, family and company celebrations of any kind, the Isopp family looks forward to spoiling you with regional delicacies! The location also speaks for itself, because the Alpengasthof is perfectly located: directly at the Platzermulde drag lift, access to the Flattnitz sun trail, at the tennis courts and at the start of the Kneipp hiking trail. One of our specialities are the freshly caught trout, which are known far and wide. Children's Farm Anderle Hochrindl – Here you can be a child The Children's Farm Anderle is situated at 1,200 m above sea level, in the middle of the Carinthian Nock Mountains. The very quiet location with stunning views and a wide panorama over the surrounding mountains offers the perfect backdrop for a relaxed family holiday on the farm. Our house features two cozy holiday apartments, each with 60 m² of living space and two separate bedrooms. For a particularly romantic experience, our lovingly designed romantic hut is available – with a large Swiss stone pine bedroom, winter garden, and a covered terrace. Highlights for families:Great fun for young and old on our spacious playground with: Terrace, loungers, and hammocks Herb garden and a generous children's playhouse (a favorite among the little ones) Wading pool, go-karts, and a playground with slides, swings, sandbox, and treehouse On our farm, many animal friends are waiting for small and large animal lovers. Cats, rabbits, and chickens are looking forward to being fed and cared for. The mother cows with their calves offer the children a special farm experience. For all horse lovers, there is the opportunity to groom, saddle, and feed our ponies and horses. On the farm's own riding arena, children can gain their first riding experiences or improve their skills. Our personal holiday tip: In summer, our children's farm is an ideal starting point for excursions with the Carinthia Card – for example, with mountain lifts or along the Nockalm Road. And in winter? Just 4 km away lies one of the most beautiful family ski areas in Carinthia. Hochrindl attracts with 21 km of family-friendly slopes and is known for its sunny location above the fog line.
