The House at the rim in the JUMP IN THE WIDTH Our house stands in natural surroundings in a precipitous area at 700-m above sea level. Our court name "Brdnik" means in the Slovenian "jumping out hill". We are glad to divide this place with them, which allows the need for time and space to you. Where every moment becomes the centre of your stay. It lets rest and relaxation, idleness and freedom, combined with one of the nicest views over Carinthia and its mountain world. Ciscover the slowness and silence anew. The former economic building built of wood has fallen victim in 2006 to a fire and has burnt itself down up to the foundation walls. In 2012 the decision was made to rebuild the same building, with an enlargement in the form of an across-stretched and rounded ashlar. It was obvious for us that it should become a timber-frame construction again. The precipitous, stony slope, on which it is built, also manifests itself inside by the single differences in level. The generous glazings and terraces lead the look in the immediate scenery and mountains whose strength and energy are experienced in the interior. The Südalpen lofts were built primarily with natural building materials. The materials of the floors are an ash, acacia, fine stone stuff and sisal. Heating spring is the in-house Pellets Heating. Our biggest treasure is the water. The regular investigations certify the best quality to our mountain spring water. And one also tastes this! Architecture in connection with hotel or summer cottages becomes more and more important in the today's time and also more popular. Small, cozy hotel located in the city center of Bleiburg, in the midst of the Lower Carinthian lake district, in the Petzenland. From December 2002, our hotel offers four completely newly designed themed rooms. The coziness of the "Old Brewery" gives guests a sense of security very soon. The tavern - always an experience!
