The path is the destination! It leads us along the Rhine, follows winding branches of the old Rhine, climbs up and down dams, allows us to be inspired by the last primeval forests in Europe, with unique fauna and flora and the down-to-earth, open-minded people that we find in the Baden culture.
This route is ideal for families with baby carriages or people with disabilities such as wheelchairs or walking difficulties.
The tour starts in Kehl and ends in Weil am Rhein on the Swiss border. We pass through picturesque, playful villages, spruced up with attention to detail, real Baden beauties.
You will be amazed.

For me, this is a typical winter run starting from home. It goes through the two villages and out into the countryside. If you're lucky, you can see the Black Forest and the Vosges. The route is also great for jogging. You don't have to cross any railroad tracks.
