24 Ehemaliges Lehrlingsheim Talegg
An der Berneckerstrasse 16 in Heerbrugg wurde bereits 1959 im Haus „Talegg“ ein Lehrlingsheim für auswärtige Lehrlinge der Firma Wild Heerbrugg AG eingerichtet und am 1.Mai 1960 eröffnet.

Bahnhof Heerbrugg: Heute das Zentrum des öffentlichen Verkehrs im unteren Rheintal. 1858 Eröffnung der Rheintalbahn. 1897 Strassenbahn Altstätten – Heerbrugg – Berneck.

23b Kantonsschule Heerbrugg
Die Kantonsschule Heerbrugg (KSH), kurz auch Kanti Heerbrugg, ist eine Mittelschule. Die Schule ist relativ jung; sie wurde im Jahre 1975 gegründet. Heute werden etwa 600 Schüler von rund 100 Lehrkräften unterrichtet. Am 27. September 2009 hat das Stimmvolk des Kantons St. Gallen einer umfassenden Sanierung und Erweiterung zugestimmt. Nach knapp vierjähriger Bauzeit konnte 2014 das fertig sanierte und erweiterte Schulhaus so bezogen werden, wie es sich heute darstellt.

The route from St. Gallen to Rüthi includes fast descents and unique views of Lake Constance and the Alpine Rhine. From St. Gallen, the path first leads down to Lake Constance. Then the route takes you through Thal, Rheineck, St. Margrethen, and Au onto the Rhine embankment. Once you are on the Rhine embankment, the Rhine leads you directly to Rüthi.
