First day beginns in Kravaře v Čechách over Ronov hill with ruins of medieval castle across Hvězda to the Tisícový kámen cavern. (about 12 km)
Second day continue south over Čáp to Pavličky (restaurant), then Pustý zámek (rocky massives), Nedvězí, Osinalice. In Horní Vidím is a restaurant. Then continue to the Starý zámek, climb the rock and sleep in a cavern. (25 km)
Third day go back to Dolní Vidím, directly to Jestřebice (restaurant) and then beautiful path to the Kokořín castle (with half-artificial cavern on the way). Under castle is restaurant, then north on the other side of the valley to rock formation Pokličkyand continue on the ridge. Then head down to Mšeno. (20 km)
