The Stonehaven Open Air Pool is a unique and historic lido located in Queen Elizabeth Park, Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire. Opened in 1934, it holds the distinction of being the UK's only Olympic-sized, heated, open-air seawater pool, designed in the Art Deco style. The pool measures 55 yards in length and 20 yards in width, filled with filtered seawater heated to a comfortable 29°C (84°F), often warmer than the Mediterranean during the summer months.
