Escursionismo a La Sénia

Il GR 7 è un impressionante percorso escursionistico a lunga distanza che attraversa la Spagna da nord a sud. Inizia al confine con Andorra e si estende per circa 1.900 chilometri fino a Tarifa, il punto più meridionale della terraferma europea.

Lungo la costa meridionale e orientale della Spagna fino ad Andorra in 60 tappe.

Diese Route ist ein klares Beispiel dafür, wie spektakulär die Natur auch abseits der bekannten Gebiete sein kann. Auf der Route in La Sénia können Sie Buchen, Eiben, Schwarzkiefern, Buchsbäume, Stechpalmen, Haselnussbäume, Steineichen und wilde Kiefern bewundern – und das alles nur wenige Kilometer vom Mittelmeer entfernt.

Circular route starting at the village of Fredes where you'll find a bar for drinks and food. The outward route is mainly single track and takes you to Tossal dels tres Reis which is a mountain top and the interception of 3 regional boundaries (Aragon, Valencia and Catalunya). Nice views from the top, the decent is gradual and mainly on a gravel track

Recorrido otoñal, con los cambios de color del hayedo y bosque mediterráneo.El itinerario largo es agradable, y resulta algo cansado cuando se inicia por el barranc del Tabac.  Puede subirse por la pista y bajar por el mismo recorrido (o buscando un barranco como se indica en la ruta, que se omite un lazo amplio del camino.  Ojo con la subida que es decidida.

Most of the E4 in Spain follows the GR7. Officially it leaves GR7 as it enters Catalonia and heads towards the coast to Tarragona. It then follows a number of GR routes on a complicated journey up to the Pyrenees. This file assumes the walker stiicks with GR7

Lots of parking at the start point of La Fou. After the initial climb out of the valley UpTo 1200m the trail then maintains elevation with spectacular views. Trail is well maintained throughout. Decent is steady and easy
